2. Third-Party Services
F1 BowRace is an offline watchOS game and does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, analytic tracking packages, or network services. We do not share information with third parties.
3. Device Permissions
F1 BowRace does not request permissions to access your watch's microphone, health metrics, heart rate sensor, active GPS location, contacts, or photo galleries.
4. Children's Privacy
Since we do not collect any personal data of any kind, F1 BowRace is completely compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR standards, providing a safe offline gaming environment for children and adults alike.

By downloading and utilizing F1 BowRace ("the App"), you agree to follow and be bound by the terms detailed below.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and run F1 BowRace on any compatible Apple Watch device associated with your App Store account.
2. User Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App's binaries.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the watch game logic or assets.
- Distribute the App source code or resources without explicit permission or licensing.
3. Intellectual Property
All design systems, source code, visual styles, and LCD retro mechanics associated with F1 BowRace remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bowtielabs and its creators. All trademark marks referenced on the website or game casing are properties of their respective owners.
4. Disclaimers & Warranties
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bowtielabs or its creators be held liable for any damages resulting from the installation, use, or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
